The fitness room is merely a storage area!!! The bathroom needs serious renovations, especially the door and toilet!!! The AC unit won't let you enjoy a peaceful night with its loud noises!!! A barking dog can ruin your stay!!!

absolutely shocked at the 'quality' of this Inn. The mold smell was unbearable, and the bathroom looked like it had never seen an upgrade! Truly, I nearly considered a good review if only I had received a complimentary gesture—guess I wasn't worthy of such treatment. What a disappointment!

Family friendly but could be better

We took a trip for a family event and the hotel had great breakfast. The best part was the staff, always there to help and make sure everything was okay.

It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The room felt cozy and the breakfast spread was a nice surprise, especially the waffles! There’s also a small pool and a hot tub to kick back in after a long day. The only downside was a bit of noise from the AC unit, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 👍

Clean rooms and great location!

I enjoyed my stay here for a family visit, especially because the hotel was conveniently located near family and stores. The Standard Queen Room was clean and functional, making it a comfortable base for our activities. However, I would have preferred a more welcoming reception experience, as the check-in process felt a bit disorganized and took longer than expected.

I truly appreciated how clean and fresh the room felt, and the pleasant atmosphere of the lobby made it an inviting place to relax. The staff were all courteous and attentive, ensuring my needs were met during my stay....

my stay at quality inn was overall pleasant. the standard queen room was clean and comfortable, exceeded what i expected from previous visits in monroeville. the lobby area and breakfast setup were inviting, making it a nice spot to unwind....  

The hotel has a friendly atmosphere with a welcoming staff, and I appreciated the various breakfast options they offered, especially the French toast. Though the cleaning product's scent was strong at first, it faded quickly. The comfortable bed was a plus, but the wet carpet near the AC unit was concerning.
